Very good service department went there for oil change. But they let me know what items need attention. So working those items.

Brought truck in because front doors weren’t locking. Ran diagnostics and determined drivers door actuator was bad. I paid for and ordered part, was told that it would be in in a few days. And they would call me. A month later I called them to find out it was in and they just didn’t call. Scheduled appointment and waited for vehicle. After a reasonable amount of time, I was told it was ready, I paid the installation charges and got my keys. Went to truck and drivers door lock worked and passenger still did not. I went inside to be told I needed another actuator. Another $1200. This should have been told to me when I ordered the first part. This truck has 130,000 miles and I was making a decision to keep or trade. If I had been told $2,400 from the start, I would have had it appraised and traded on the spot. Instead they lied to get sales up in their service department. I have owned 6 Tundras, just traded in on a Chevy. Done with you.

We had our car towed to Group 1 Toyota with the code Hybrid failure. It took a couple days for them to figure out but they kept us informed of their progress and once it was figured out, overnighted the part and had it fixed in a few hours. They replaced the Engine control module and charged it under federal emissions warranty 8/80. It was an unusual failure.

Excellence Customer service. Reduce coupons for oil change lovely theater style waiting room great job of looking over the car and finding out things that need to be repaired on it or replaced.. Tyler is a wonderful service Director who I request every time I go there. And I actually had a chance to speak with a car salesman while I was waiting regarding the possible purchase of a new car or used car there and Mohammed was so kind and very informative and extremely nice to work with I would highly recommend going there for purchase or service. Places, nice and clean, beautiful restroom and free bottle of water and machines to get snacks and there’s even a separate room for the kids with play tables and kid movies to watch..

Toyota 1 by far is the best, efficient, friendly, and expedited service experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. They took me 30 minutes before my appointment and completed my entire 5000 mile service in 30 minutes. A definite unmatched experience for sure and I feel I should have bought Toyota through this dealership years ago. I will highly recommend this dealership for their service above all!

Our sales guy was great! The rest of the process of purchasing our vehicle once handed off to the Finance Mgr needs help! We were delayed due to info being incorrect and we were lied to more than once.

I find this place prices are way to high. I had trouble with one of their tires. Took it back twice. Tire like new not even a year old. Tryed to sell me new tire till they found it was thier tire. Didn't offer no help..went to wal Mart n had a new tire there. There tire sitting in my shed. Bad business

Came in without an appointment due to emergency with vehicle running hot and engine light suddenly on. They took my vehicle in diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and fully repaired and ready to be picked up in 3 hours. They were upfront with the issue was well as other problems that need to be addressed soon. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was much less than originally quoted after they credited me with a discount that I was not expecting but so grateful for, as this was an expensive repair. Great service all around!! LOVE Toyota
